Bunda qo‘yilgan asosiy talab yosh avlodni ilmiy dunyoqarashini va intellektual rivojlantirishni sifat jihatidan yangi darajaga ko‘tarish, tez o‘zgarayotgan dunyoga moslashishni o‘rgatishdan iboratdir. Shu bilan birga o‘quv-tarbiya jarayoniga ta’limning innovatsion shakllari va usullarini joriy etishga qaratilgan.
