Ushbu maqolada oliy harbiy ta’lim muassasalarida mustaqil ta’lim ishlarini tashkillashtirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar berilgan. Mustaqil ta’lim ishlarini maqsad va vazifalari ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Shuningdek, mustaqil ta’lim ishlarining samaradorligini oshirish yo‘llari ochib berilgan. Mustaqil ta’lim ishlarini to‘ri tashkillashtirish bo‘lajak oily harbiy mutaxassislarni tayyorlashda chuqur va mustahkam bilimlarni shakllantirishga xizmat qilishi ushbu maqolada aytib o‘tilgan.
