3 O‘LCHAMLI KONFORMAL RADIATSION TERAPIYADA 6MV VA 10 MV ENERGIYALI FOTONLARNING DOZIMETRIK TAQSIMOTI

Ushbu maqolada 3DCRT (3 O‘lchamli konformal radiatsion terapiya) rejalashtirish usulidan foydalangan holda bosh miya, ko‘krak bezi va kichik chanoq sohalaridagi o‘smalarni nurlantirishda 6 MV va 10 MV energiyali fotonlar yordamida nurlantirishdagi dozalar taqsimoti solishtirildi. Quyidagi taqsimot rejalashtirilgan nishon hajmining (PTV) belgilangan dozga nisbatan qamrab olinishi ko‘rsatkichi, muvofiqlik indeksi (CI), bir xillik indeksi (HI) shuningdek, nurlanish ostidagi organlarning (OAR’s) dozimetrik taqsimoti QUANTEC asosida baholandi. Olingan barcha natijalar Monaco 5.11 (Elekta, Crawley) davolash rejalashtirish tizimi (TPS) da Collapsed Cone algoritmi asosida hisoblandi.
