Abstract

Ushbu maqolada davlat-xususiy sheriklik bo‘yicha eng muvaffaqiyatli amaliyotga ega bo‘lgan xorijiy mamlakatlar tajribasi va tegishli loyihalarni amalga oshirish ko‘rib chiqiladi,Yevropa bozori tahlil qilinadi.Shuningdek,olingan ma’lumotlarga asoslanib, DXSh loyihalarini samarali boshqarish va amalga oshirishning asosiy xususiyatlarni aniqlashga harakat qilinadi
