Abstract

Selluloza klassik va O‘ta yuqori chastotali nurlar ta’sirida gidrolizlandi.Klassik usulda girolizlanganda temperatura 80-1000C da namunalarda tolali struktura saqlandi.Bunda namunaning PD si 350 gacha pasayadi,unum-96%.Gidroliz temperaturasi 1100C ga ko‘tarilganda gidroliz mahsuloti kukunsimon holatga o‘tishi kuzatildi.Bunda zarrachalar o‘lchami 160-mkm,unum-92% va PD esa 330 ga teng.Gidroliz temperaturasini 1400C ko‘tarilishi zarrachalar o‘lchamini 70 mkm ga,PD ni 155 ga mahsulot unumini 53% kamayishiga olib keldi.Shunday qilib,gidroliz temperaturasining ko‘tarilishi bilan PD ning kamayishi,unum va gidrolizlangan selluloza zarrachalarning o‘rtacha o‘lchamining ham kamayishi kuzatildi.Sellulozani O‘YuCh nurlar yordamida gidrolizlanganda nurlanish vaqtining oshishi PD ning kamayishiga olib kelishini ko‘rsatdi.Sellulozaga 20 minut O‘YuCh nurlanishda tola shaklidan kukunsimon holatga o‘tadi, PD-300,zarrachalarning o‘rtacha o‘lchami-450 mkm.O‘YuCh nurlanish vaqtining 30 minutdan oshganda gidroliz mahsuloti butunligicha kukunsimon xolatga o‘tishi kuzatildi.
