Abstract

Dam olish - bu gavjum jamoalarda intensiv yashovchi odamlar yoki guruhlarning ish vaqtidan tashqari bo‘sh vaqtlarida o‘zlarini yaxshi his qilish va dam olish uchun qiladigan faoliyatni nazarda tutuvchi tushuncha. Ushbu bo‘sh vaqt mashg‘ulotlari orasida jismoniy mashqlar yoki turli sport tarmoqlarini amalga oshirishga asoslangan va dam olish faoliyatining katta qismini tashkil etuvchi tur sport dam olish deb ataladi. Stress intensiv ravishda ishlaydigan va bu intensivlikka qaramasdan bo‘sh vaqtlaridan foydalanmaydigan odamlarda ham paydo bo‘ladi.

Stress - bu odamda zo‘riqish, qayg‘u va tushkunlikni keltirib chiqaradigan kuch. Stress - bu odamga tahdid soladigan va tahdid soladigan xavf-xatarlarga jismoniy va psixologik reaktsiya. Stress bilan tananing himoya mexanizmi zaiflashishi va shunga mos ravishda biz qo‘rqishimiz kerak bo‘lgan kasalliklar paydo bo‘lishi faqat vaqt masalasidir. Agar stress doimiy va kuchli davom etsa, biz uni charchash bosqichi deb ataymiz; Agar odamlarning moslashuvi muvaffaqiyatli bo‘lmasa va stress davom etsa, kompensatsiya mexanizmlari buziladi, immunitet tizimi bostiriladi, yurak va buyraklar bilan bog‘liq muammolar va boshqa ba’zi kasalliklar paydo bo‘lishi mumkin. Sport bugungi kunda katta ijtimoiy hodisaga aylangani bilan bir qatorda, sog‘liq uchun muhim bo‘lgan muntazam jismoniy mashqlar bilan shug‘ullanish odatiga ega bo‘lish sifatida ham baholash mumkin. Har kuni muntazam ravishda bajariladigan jismoniy mashqlar salomatlik uchun ahamiyati yanada yaqqol namoyon bo‘ladi. Mashqlar; Bu mushaklar, suyaklar, bo‘g‘inlar, yurak-qon tomir tizimi va uning funktsiyalarining optimal ishlashini ta’minlaydi. Ushbu tadqiqotda biz ko‘rib chiqadigan mavzu; Ma’lum bo‘lishicha, band va doimiy ishlaydigan jamiyatlarda bo‘sh vaqt sport kabi ko‘ngilochar mashg‘ulotlar bilan o‘tkazilmasa, stress tufayli stress va sog‘liq muammolari paydo bo‘ladi.
