Ushbu maqola tadqiqotni umumlashtiradi, jami 146 nafar bemor kuzatuv ostida bo‘lgan, ularning 63 nafari erkak, 83 nafari ayollar.Bemorlarning yoshi quyidagicha taqsimlangan: 18-20 yosh - 16, 21-30 yosh - 72, 31 -40 - 31, 41 -50 yosh -23, 50 yoshdan yuqori - 4. PCR tadqiqotiga ko‘ra HSV-1 30 (20,5%) bemorda, HSV-2 49 (33,5%), HSV-1 aniqlangan. + HSV- 23 (15,8%), HSV turi aniqlanmagan 18 (12,3%), salbiy natija 6 (4,1%) olingan, 20 (13,8%) bemorlarda tadqiqot o‘tkazilmagan. 115 bemorda genital herpes va 31 bemorda labial herpes mavjud edi. Kasallikning davomiyligi 1 yildan 5 yilgacha bo‘lgan bemorlarning 49 foizida, 6-10 yil - 26 foizda, 10-15 yoshda - 14 foizda, 16-18 yoshda - 11 foizda qayd etilgan. Bizning ishimizning maqsadi genital va labial herpesni davolashda " Kagocel " preparatining klinik samaradorligi, bardoshliligi va xavfsizligini baholashdan iborat edi.
