Abstract

Maqolada 2022-2023 yillarda TTA Koʻp tarmoqli klinikasining reanimatsiya boʻlimiga ogʻir travmatik miya shikastlanishi bilan yotqizilgan 15 nafar bemorning oʻlimining asosiy sabablari tahlil qilingan. Oʻlim darajasi 21,4% ni tashkil etgan. Tahlil oʻlim vaqtiga qarab tanatogenezning uchta mexanizmi mavjudligini koʻrsatdi. Olingan ma'lumotlar davolanishning barcha bosqichlarida oʻz vaqtida ixtisoslashtirilgan yordam va nafas olishni yetarli darajada qoʻllab-quvvatlash zarurligini tasdiqlaydi, bu bemorlarning ushbu guruhini davolash natijalarini yanada yaxshilaydi.
