Abstract

Betulin tabiiy besh halqali lupan tuzilishga ega bo‘lgan triterpenoid hisoblanadi.  Ular anti-virus, antibakterial, turli o‘simtalarga qarshi va boshqa bir qator farmokologik faolliklarga ega. Betulin qayin daraxtlarining po‘stlogidan olinadigan va oq kristalli kukun shaklida bo‘lgan moddadir. Betulin – etanol, efir, xloroform va benzolda hamda sovuq suvda va boshqa organik erituvchilarda eriydi. Hozirda betulinni ahamiyati o‘rganilgach, ularni solventli reflyuks ekstraktsiyasi va kristallanishdan tozalash yordamida amalga oshiriladi.
