"Ta’lim" atamasining "marketing" atamasi bilan birlashishi ta’lim usullari, ta’lim xizmatlari va marketing strategiyalarini qo‘llaydigan ma’lum bir ixtisoslashgan sohani keltirib chiqaradi. Davlat byudjeti tomonidan moliyalashtiriladigan majburiy ta’lim xizmatlarini taklif qilish orqali maktab bo‘linmalari ushbu xizmatlarni taqdim etishdan kelib chiqadigan moliyaviy imtiyozlardan qat’i nazar, o‘z faoliyatida ijtimoiy marketing tamoyillariga amal qiladilar. Ushbu maqolaning maqsadi ta’lim marketingini xizmatlar marketingi sohasidagi kontseptual darajadan past darajaga qo‘yishdir; ta’lim marketingi bo‘yicha izlanishlar kam, bu uning nisbatan ko‘proq o‘rganilishi kerak bo‘lgan soha ekanligidan kelib chiqadi.
