Abstract

Ushbu ishda ayrim biologic faol moddalarning  kalamush aortasi silliq muskul hujayrasi qisqarish faolligiga ta’sirini gipoksiya sharoitida o‘rganildi. Tajribalarda endoteliy qavati olinmagan aorta preparatlari Krebs fiziologik eritmasida 60 daqiqa davomida 95% N2/5% O2 bilan aeratsiya qilindi va in vitro gipoksiya sharoiti yuzaga keltirildi. Bunda dastlab, gipoksiya sharoitida FE (1 mkM) bilan chaqirilgan aorta preparati qisqarish kuchi nazoratga (normaksiya) nisbatan  kamayishi aniqlandi.
